How to Book an Appointment?
Our services are by appointment only. For information on how to make an appointment please visit our Contact Page. You can either call, email or fax our reception team, or send an online form via this website.
Do I need a referral?
For most appointment types you will require a current referral from your GP and you should send this to our reception team prior to your appointment. Referrals are valid for 12 months from issue.
If you are booking in a cosmetic appointment where Medicare cannot be claimed then no referral is required, if unsure call our reception team to check.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
We prefer that you send your completed registration form and referral to our reception team prior to your appointment. If you have not yet sent these through then you will need to bring them with you on the day. If you are not able to complete the registration paperwork prior to your appointment please arrive 15 minutes early so that you can complete this on the day.
What is the best way to travel to the clinic?
Delta Dermatology is located at 1 Meeks St in Kingsford, about 50 meters from Anzac Pde.
By Car: There is free 2h parking on Harbourne Rd, about 50 meters level walk from Delta Dermatology.
By Public Transport: The closest tram stop is Kingsford which is about a 100m level walk from Delta Dermatology. There are also many busses stopping on Anzac Pde within 100m of Delta Dermatology including 399, 396 and 392.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we request that you provide as much notice as possible so that the appointment can be used by another patient on our wait list. We may apply a cancellation fee where less than 24 hours notice is provided or where you do not attend your appointment.
Fees
We are a private practice and do not bulk bill. Please talk to our reception staff to discuss the fees that will apply to your appointment or treatment.
Payment must be made on the day of each consultation or procedure.
We accept payment by eftpos or credit card. We do not accept payment by Amex, cash or cheque.
